iPad research
Problem:
Analytics showed that sales reps weren’t using their iPad sales aid, but no one knew why. The client approved a round of usability testing to see if the reps would be more comfortable in the app if it had navigation. Results were positive, the navigation was implemented and follow-up testing showed it was effective.
Approach:
Structured one-on-one interviews with 12 representatives where I observed as the representatives completed tasks and provided insights from the field.
